For deliveries to post offices or Pickup Stations, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
For home deliveries, if your order has not been handed over to the carrier, we invite you to contact our team as soon as possible to change the delivery address, if possible.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our team. as soon as possible to find out if it is still possible to carry out this action.

Your order will be shipped within approximately 48 hours and will be delivered within 2 business days for France, from 3 days for Europe and from 5 days for the rest of the world for standard delivery.
For express deliveries, you will be delivered in France the next day before 1 p.m. for any order placed before noon from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and within 2 to 5 days in the rest of the world.

Any delivery outside the EU may be delayed by up to 30 days due to customs inspection. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these charges must be paid upon arrival of the shipped goods in the destination country. It is your responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. The ZESPÀ brand assumes no responsibility for any such additional charges.

Eager to receive your order? You can track your package directly from your Customer Account. To do so: log in to your account, then access the tracking by clicking directly on the relevant order.
The tracking number is also sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can then go directly to the carrier's website to track your order's delivery.
Please note : tracking may not yet be available on the carrier's website when we confirm shipment of your order; a delay of a few hours is usually observed.
Thanks to the tracking service, you can check the delivery status of your order at any time. If your package is marked as "in transit" and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, we advise you to wait a few days.

Did your package arrive damaged? Contact our team via the contact form to inform us of the problems encountered and don't forget to attach photos!
The items received do not match your expectations? You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any items that do not suit you.
Some details regarding the return conditions:
- All items must be returned new and in their original packaging. If the product shows signs of use or damage, or is incomplete, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount to reflect the decrease in its value.
2. As returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure your package is well packed to prevent damage during transit.
3. Register your return request in your customer account. Click on the order you wish to return and select the items you want to return. Indicate the reason for return for each item.
4. Once your return request has been registered, a prepaid label will be available in your customer account.
5. Print the prepaid label and stick it on your return package.
6. Drop off your package:
- Either at the post office
- either at a shop
- either in your mailbox and keep your proof of posting in a safe place, stamped and dated until your package is processed by our warehouse.
Please note that beyond the 30-day period from delivery, products will not be accepted for return or refund.
Return shipping is free in France. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns section for details specific to each country.
Exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return it and place a new order.
The refund will be made according to your choice, either as a credit to your account (gift card) or by bank transfer.
The refund will be issued via bank transfer within a maximum of 10 business days from the date your return is processed by our quality department. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.
If you paid by:
- CB (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, e-carte bleue): we will credit your bank account.
- PayPal: we will credit your account and you will be notified by PayPal.
- Alma - installment payment: we will credit you through the same provider for your order

All models are manufactured in Portugal, in a certified partner workshop.
ZESPA sneakers are made of nappa leather, a smooth full-grain leather, suede leather with a velvety feel, or leather
nubuck , recognizable by its softer, silkier and matte appearance compared to suede.
The longevity of your shoes depends on regular and rigorous care. This is how you can increase their lifespan.
- Use a clean, soft cloth to remove dirt.
2. Use a cleaning product that will not alter the color or damage the materials of the sneakers. Clean with a soft brush that has been previously wetted.
3. Remove the excess with a cloth or sponge and allow to air dry.
Go to the gift card page: choose your amount (go ahead and be generous ;) ); enter your details and those of the lucky recipient and proceed to payment.
An email with the gift card code will be sent to the recipient on the same day.

If you have not received this email, you can ask our customer service or your benefactor.
You can choose to spend it all at once or combine it with another payment of your choice. If your card has a generous balance, you can use it for a future purchase.
